Spencer #53 and his friend Adam #72 at the football game the night before last.
It was hot, very hot sitting on the bleachers, I can't imagine how hot the boys playing football were. They played good, we didn't win, but that isn't what it is always about......at least not in our book. Spencer was disappointed they didn't win. He was dreading waking up yesterday morning and going to school because the coach would work them even harder than usual. We told him to just push through it, he's strong and we know he can do it. Then reminded him when/if it gets hard to think of the sign he has in his room that he wanted, it says, "3 Best Words of Advice- WALK IT OFF".
I hope he does good at practice, even if the coach pushes him harder than usual, that Spencer will just push through it and show them what he is made of.
These are just a few favorites from the football game Tuesday night. I would love to post more but I have way to much on my "To Do" list to even think about sitting down today!
