1 8-ounce Package Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Apple Butter
Directions:
Whip cream cheese and apple butter together. Serve with bread.
Yield: 4 cups
3 cups Mashed Ripe Apricots
3 cups Sugar
2 3-ounce Packages Strawberry Gelatin Mix
Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and cook 4 minutes at a rolling boil. Stir frequently. Skim. Pour into sterilized jars;seal.
Yield: 8 half-pint jars
