I know in the heat and humidity we have outside right now, it is hard to imagine that fall is right around the corner.
I have been very busy that past two weeks booking sessions. I have very few sessions left available for scheduling until the beginning of November. As of now, there are no Saturday sessions available until October 30th. All Saturdays until that date are completely booked full.
I will be updating my schedule and post the available session dates left for fall bookings.
Sessions for Christmas arrival will be scheduled no later than November 13th. I will not guarantee any package needing delivery before Christmas after November 13th.
Thank you,
Amber Hope

I spent the day in Charleston yesterday with family. My sister Savannah and I have been wanting to get her boys pictures done and yesterday evening was a perfect evening so we went to the park. I took plenty of both my nephews Bradley and Caleb, but just for now I'm posting a few of Bradley. I'll try to get Caleb's pictures posted tomorrow.
Bradley was a little fussy because we woke him up from a nap but after his Daddy showed him how to throw rocks in the creek he was good to go, lol. We had to keep moving him because he would throw all the rocks on both his left and his right side and leave nothing but the creek sand. This picture shows a little of the water on his face and a little sand on his arm.......all boy.
He was reaching for his Momma here.....
Picking up the rocks to throw in the creek.....
Isn't he cute?
We tried to get some of the two of the boys together, my mom was disappointed when I told her we couldn't get one, she asked why.....and I'm thinking about posting the outtake tomorrow:)
I'll post some of Caleb soon.

A little sneak peek from Monday evening's session.
Meet Erica.
She is the 2011 Senior Rep for Amber Hope Photography for her school.
She has some amazing pictures to show off! Here is just a few from her session.....
She is also a competitive athlete and runs cross country for her school.
There will be more to come later. She has so many amazing pictures that I am having a hard time choosing which to proof. She was a natural in front of the camera which made it easy to have so many.

Meet Mack. A sweet three week old newborn. Mack has the cutest nursery I have ever, ever seen. I was excited when his mom called to book a session and mentioned the Dr. Seuss nursery. I have never seen a cuter nursery. She even had Dr. Seuss painted on the wall, that she had painted herself, complete with a little fish bowl that the cat in the hat held in his hand.
I LOVE Dr. Seuss, I always have. I used to read the Dr. Seuss books over and over with my baby girl.
It was wonderful meeting you Kelly, I can't wait until you see the rest from your session!
**I will be changing blog locations soon. I am currently in the process of getting the new one put together. The pictures are all looking to blurry on Typepad, if you click on each picture it will show a better look of the picture. I will post a link on this blog to the new blog soon. Until then, overlook the way the pictures look on here!**~Amber

I recently did a wonderful family session and fell in love with their entire gallery. It was one of those sessions that I just couldn't wait to get home after finishing shooting their session and get started on their gallery. However, I am not sure why, especially with so many great pictures, that I only put one picture up for their sneak peek. The session is now finished but I wanted to share some of the wonderful pictures we captured that day. So here is to "Part Two " of their sneak peek.....
They had this pond in their backyard that was just perfect for pictures!
And I just love being able to capture "Mommy and Me" pictures, she giggled and laughed as her mommy spun her round and round.
Then we had tea, real tea with real tea bags and lots of sugar.
I fell in love with her beautiful china, especially this saucer....
And as I was editing these, my husband happened to walk by,he stopped looked at them and told me that the ones with the little girl and boy remind him of the movie Peter Pan....he said they had a magical look to them. I agree. I love the ones of both the brother and sister having tea together.
I have an outtake that I'll be giving to the mom of the little boy in the background swinging his play sword and his sister sitting at the table having her tea (that one really reminded me of the Peter Pan movie).
Then we finished up the session with these. I just LOVE the red pettiskirt and was thrilled when the mom requested some of her daughter in it.

This special image box designed for Brandon and Kaitlyn arrived the other day.
They are designed to hold all the images from a session. But Kaitlyn told me she will be using it to keep their love letters in (he is currently serving our country in Afghanistan). I thought it was very sweet and I designed it especially for that reason.
These will be available individually for a limited time.
The image boxes will soon be available in a package with all images from your session.
Did you have a previous session with Amber Hope Photography and would like to purchase one of these beautiful, custom image boxes? Email amberhopephotography@verizon.net if you would like to purchase one!
